Grow & Tell was born from a powerful passion. The journey began when the founder, driven by the desire to understand why her own child wasn’t speaking at three years old, dove into research. What started as a search for answers turned into a deep love for the field of applied behavior analysis. She realized that helping children communicate wasn’t just a career—it was her purpose.

Through hands-on experience in schools, center-based programs, and home settings, she’s honed her expertise in addressing the diverse needs of children and families. Her heart beats for making a lasting impact on the lives of little ones, and that commitment fuels the exceptional therapy services she provides. Every child deserves the chance to be heard—and that’s exactly what Grow & Tell is here to do.

Driven by a desire to help others, the company has grown from a simple vision into a multi-faceted organization. The owner expanded the business to include parent/caregiver coaching, behavior consulting, adult behavior contracting, and expertise guidance in organizational behavior management, partnering with businesses and organizations to improve team dynamics, employee retention, and overall success.

The owner, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, completed a bachelor’s degree in behavioral studies, concentrating in psychology, sociology, and philosophy. She holds a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis with a concentration in autism. In an effort to perfect her craft and reach expert level in the field she loves most, she is currently a doctoral level learner, pursing a doctor of philosophy degree, concentrating in applied behavior analysis. Her experience as a public school educator, aba therapist, parent of a child with special needs, and owner of successful businesses has prepared her with experience to meet the needs of a vast population.
